Armor quests on EZ Server are different than most everywhere else. Starting from Qvic, you must progress through additional zones and upgrade each piece of armor as you go. This means if you made a bracer in Qvic, you would then have to get a piece from Tacvi to upgrade that bracer, then T1 bracer to upgrade that one, and so on.
